Potter and Novelle E. Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as necessary, is appropriated from the 2 General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Fire 3 and Emergency Medical Services Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 4 30, 2026 as hereinafter specified: 5 0100 GENERAL FUND FY2026 6 240 VI FIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND 7 TOTAL 240 VI FIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND $1,400,000 8 TOTAL 0100 GENERAL FUND $1,400,000 9 BILL SUMMARY 10 This bill appropriates $1,400,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the 11 Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services 12 Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. 13 BR25-0784/BUDGET/September 4, 2025 14
