The Permittee had proposed the construction of a laydown yard for heavy equipment at Parcel 18-M2 Estate Bovoni, St Thomas, Virgin Islands and includes perimeter security fencing and a stormwater retention pond. No change to the permit is being requested. The Permittee was required to conduct additional archaeological surveys and has now completed this requirement. …

The project documents are available online at the Division’s website or at the DPNR main offices on St. Thomas Monday -Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
