ACT NO. $‘oQ BILL NO. 32-0278 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 201$ An Act appropriating the sum of $1,100,000 in the Fiscal Year 2019 from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $1,100,000 is appropriated in the Fiscal Year ending September 20, 2019, from the interest earned on debt service reserves as a contribution to the General Fund.
