Outlook [EXTERNAL MAIL] Opposition to Zoning Request CCZP069-25 From britain bryant <britmediate@gmail.com> Date Wed 9/17/2025 6:43 AM To Leia LaPlace <leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov> Dear Ms. Laplace: As a resident of Beeston Hill, I am concerned because approval of this zoning request will result in an environmental, safety and aesthetic disaster during the entire construction phase of an estimated two year period, and probably thereafter. There is no valid legal reason to change from a residential zoning R-1 to B-2 with almost 200 uses, most of which are commercial. Neither the Planning Board nor Governor Bryan were fooled last time by the same applicant, trying for a change to B-3 zoning, and hopefully none will be fooled this time. Please do not recommend any change in this zoning from R-1 to B-2. Thank you very much for your consideration. Very truly yours, Britain H.
