ACTNO, 22 BILL NO. 30-0545 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-6 to allow for the rezoning of Plot No. 237 Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial) a-=()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 237 Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.5 U.S. acres as shown on P.W.D. Map No. 3155, dated August 26, 1973, revised May 20, 1994 from A-1 (Agriculture) to C (Commercial). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 19, 2014.
