CARLOS CRUZ RESTO, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 3:25-cr-0059 ) ) ) ) ) ORDER THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge entered on April 8, 2026, ECF No. 47, recommending that the Defendant’s plea of guilty to Count Two of the Indictment, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), be accepted, and the defendant be adjudged guilty.
