ACTNO. 7344 BILL NO. 29-0146 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending 3 V.LC., chapter 19 relating to the Office of Film and Music Promotion and its programs; amending 27 V.I.C., chapter 9 relating to application for business licenses; and providing for other related matters ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as The Sustainable Tourism Through Arts- Based Revenue Streams Act or “The S.T.A.R.S. Act”. SECTION 2. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 12 is amended in the following instances: (a) Sections 701 through 726 are designated as subchapter I; (b) Section 741 through 746 are designated as subchapter II; and (c) Section 747 is added as subchapter III that reads as follows: “SUBCHAPTER III [SUSTAINABLE TOURISM THROUGH ARTS-BASED REVENUE STREAM PRODUCTION] §747 [Definitions] As used in this subchapter, the following terms have the meaning prescribed in this section: (1) “Audio data content” means any recordable form of audio or MIDI information in any digital or analog format r …
