Lt this Counecil pass a resolution and the Governor sanctions it the amount is obli- gated, and if the money is put into the Treasury of St. Croix it can only come out with the approval of the Governor and tle sanct on of the Council. This is arather in- toresting feature play we un lerstand and consists of 15 reels. Judging fron the large attendarcee at both mornicyg and evening services it is plain 10 be seen that these meetings have proved a suecess, and eh weh goers have been ve- freshed by the soul stirring sermons de- hvered by the wvarious ministers. ltis hoped that the good minister in charge, Rev.
