Q2: Are there bonding requirements (Bid, Performance, Payment Bonds) like in the the other 2 solicitations (RFP-019-2018 (C), andIFB025JFLHC18(C))? A: Yes 1) Proposal Submission — ? In the first 5 pages, it says to either hand deliver or mail; however, in the Request for Proposals section under instructions to proposers it states “or by email as provided below”. However, there is no instructions as to how to deliver via email. Can this proposal be emailed? A: It can NOT be emailed. THOMAS MAIN OFFICE: 340.774.0828 aoe” If the email option was left in the RFP accidently, and the proposal needs to be mailed, do all of the 6 copies (1 original and 5 copies) of the proposal need to be mailed separately or can they be put in one box with each of the proposals separately sealed in separate envelopes? A: They can be all sent in | box, but separately sealed and labeled Original, and copies. 2) Project Reference — What is meant by a “Notarized” written consent? We have written and signed reference letters with the information you are seeking. Is this sufficient? If not, do you have a specific form that you would like for us to send to our past customers to fill out to meet this requirement? A: Notarized means by a Notary Public 3) Price Proposal — Do you want to have just a lease proposal or would you like to also have a purchase proposal? A: You can send base proposal with an alternate bid of purchase. 4) Are there bonding requirements? A: Yes, 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond & 100% Performance Bond In Section B - Scope of Work of the (JFL) RFP document, one of the bullet items states, ‘....Anchoring sufficient for units to remain in place with 120 mph winds...' All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
