ACT NO. 7115 BILL NO. 28-0121 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewage System Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October |, 2009 through September 30, 2010 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.L.C., §3076(c) the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of Waste Management Agency for the fiscal year October 1, 2009, through September 30, 2010 as follows. FISCAL YEAR 2010 2066 SEWER WASTE WATER FUND 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY $1,100,000 TOTAL SEWER WASTE WATER FUND $1,100,000 2 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 16, 2009.
