ACTNOI $106 BILL NO. 32-0285 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act providing an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Education, Department of Agriculture and Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation during the fiscal year October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgiit Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3072(c), the following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary are appropriated from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Department of Education for inter-scholastic competitions of the Virgin Islands public high schools athletes in games in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, to the Department of Agriculture for operating expenses, and to the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation for recreation and sports activity programs in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019. …
