st SR A ACI NO, 7236 BILL NO. 28-0310 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act ratifying the Governor’s Approval of Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-2-08(W) issued to the Sugar Bay Club and Resort, Inc., --0— WHEREAS, on January 28, 2010, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit CZT-2-08(W) to the Sugar Bay Club and Resort, Inc. for the construction of an L-shaped 90 ft. Long, by 8 feet wide, by 80 feet seaward of Plot No. 2 Estate Smith Bay on St. Thomas; and WHERAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the permit on March 31, 2010; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911 (e) provides that the Governor's approval of any coastal zone permit or lease must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
