This is a project of the St. Croix Foundation for Community Development & will serve as a FEMA Safe Room during disaster events. It will also be a performing arts and community center for daily use. Based on the available lots presented, the parking requirement will be met with 79 spaces. We wish you the best with your project, and we thank you for your efforts to upgrade the appearance of properties within the district. Applicant is responsible for obtaining all other necessary permits applicable by V.I. Law prior to commencement from any other DPNR divisions prior to construction or demolition. PERMITS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE, Pursuant to V.I.R.R. Title 29, Chapter 3, Section 281-4(10), all Historic District Permits shall expire one year after the date of issuance_if work as approved has not begun.
