Canegata Waterman for her outstanding years of service to the Virgin Islands Community as an educator and public servant through various organizations; naming the Department of Education’s Administrative Office Complex on the island of St. Croix “The Gloria H. Canegata Waterman Administrative Office Complex; amending Act No. 8474 subsection R to appropriate $75,000 for signage at the Gloria H. Canegata Administrative Office Complex and other related purposes onQ--- WHEREAS, Ms. Gloria H. Canegata Waterman was born on June 19, 1936, on the island of St. Croix to the late Leroy Anselmo and Idalia Henry Huggins; and WHEREAS, she married the late Herbert Lloyd Canegata, Sr. and together they produced three children: Eugene Lloyd, H.
