ACTNO, 7858 BILL NO. 31-0171 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act authorizing viNGN to transfer the Ditch Witch underground construction equipment to the Department of Public Works o--0)--- WHEREAS, the Virgin Islands Next Generation Network, Inc. (vINGN) owns certain underground construction equipment and accessories referred to as the “Ditch Witch Equipment”, purchased through bond proceeds under Act No. 7257, which is valued at over $1,000,000; and WHEREAS, viNGN no longer has use for the Ditch Witch Equipment; and WHEREAS, viNGN desires to donate the Ditch Witch Equipment to the Department of Public Works; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has examined the equipment and desires to receive it; and WHEREAS, pursuant to section 12 of Act No. …
