ACENO. 72°76 BILL NO. 29-0141 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act granting a use variance from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation to Parcel No. 17 J-1 Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, a use variance from the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation is granted to Parcel No. 17 J-1 Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 1.546 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD/OLG Map No. D9-8461-T010 for the construction and operation of a full service automobile service station and convenience store. All other requirements of the R-1 Zoning District continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on July 7, 2011.
