ACT NO. 6856 BILL NO. 26-0251 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending 4 V.I.C., chapter 7, section 112 increasing the amount in controversy fora small claims action from $5,000 to.$10,000 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 4 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, section 112 is amended by striking “$5,000” wherever it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “$10,000”. SECTION 2. A 68 HHNe-26-4 -existinedaneuage-ass bseetien-tay-andarddine-« SECTION 3. Act No. 6816 (Bill No. 26-0083) Section 1 is amended by striking “loan” and inserting “grant” in its stead SECTION 4. The sum of $1,035,105 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, from the General Fund to the East End Medical Corporation as a supplemental budget to be disbursed as follows: (1) Personnel Services $214,000; (2) Capitol Outlay $500,000; (3) Fringe Benefits $53,500; (4) Supplies $32,855; (5) Equipment $70,000; (6) G.E.R.S. Employer Contributions $60,000; and (7) Other Services and Charges $104,750. …
