My first short-term goal is to improve community engagement by opening more channels )icomrnunication between the commission and residents to better understand their needs and concerns. My second goal is to provide clarity on the application process for both current and future applicants, is I’ve already started attending virtual meetings to observe the review process. My third and fourth ;oals are linked to these efforts. I aim to create an awareness campaign within the towns, iighlighting areas in urgent need of preservation and restoration. While funding may be a challenge, identif’ing these needs will demonstrate the importance of preserving our towns. Long-term. I plan to secure sustainable funding for pro)ects, build connections with Local organizations, develop ducational outreach programs, and create a preservation master plan for future generations of business wners and homeowners. 31.
