ACT NO, 774 BILL NO. 31-0140 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 30 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7 pertaining to the Virgin Islands Public Television System a--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 30 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 7, is amended by striking “Virgin Islands Public Television System” wherever it appears throughout the chapter and inserting “Virgin Islands Public Broadcasting System”. SECTION 2. This Act takes effect 120 days after enactment. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on July 30, 2015.
