They are worded differently. Response: 15a and 16a are the item quotation of the Scope but 15b and 16b are different. The 2 items (a and b) of each number (15 and 16) comprise of one complete item of work, each with a different foundation type. The quote for 15a and 16a may be the same price but it may not be depending on the contractors approach to erecting the building frame on different foundation systems. Because the 2™ part of each number 15b and 16b will be different prices because of different types of foundations, it may affect the prices for 15a and 16a. The contractor should establish a price for both 15a and 16a that will include purchasing and erection of the frame and the new UV rip stop covering. When the price of the items are evaluated, they will be evaluated as a package of 15a & 15b and 16a & 16b. Question 2: The new surface on the tennis court is called out to be Acryloflex by American Court Surfacing. They said they only do tennis courts in California. Please give us another supplier and contact info. Response: Use the NOVAPLAY SYSTEM (www.novasports.com) 1. Nova Surface Acrylic Resurfacer Base 2. Novaplay Finish Surface 3. Novatex Line Marker 4.
