Title 31 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 24, subchapter I, section 272 subsection (a) is amended after “contractor” by striking “or”; after “subcontractor” by inserting “, subsidiary, public/private partnership with the Government of the Virgin Islands, or any such venture in which public funds are used or made to secure any debt.” and by striking “with the Government of the Virgin Islands”.
