Nibbs, would like to advise the retirees who receive their annuity by paper checks that their annuity payments will be mailed out later today. We apologize for this inconvenience and strongly advise that retirees who reside within the Virgin Islands territory or in the U.S mainland, to use direct deposit to receive their annuity payments. The Direct Deposit Enrollment Form can be found on our website www.usvigers.com or retirees may come into our office to complete the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.
