LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS iS TO CERTIFY THAT, Bill No. 33-0335- An Act amending title 19 Virgin Islands Code, part III, chapter 34 to restructure the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board, enacted by the Thirty-Third Legislature of the Virgin Islands at its regular session held on June 29, 2020 (a copy of which is attached hereto), and vetoed by the Governor on July 23, 2020, was duly enacted, by ovetTide by the Thirty-Third Legislature at its regular session on September 25, 2020, pursuant to section 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. 1575 (d). notwithstanding the Governor’s veto and has becomc law.
