BILL NO. 28-0172 TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act rezoning Plot No. 11-B, King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix from R-4 (Residential~Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0)--- Be it enacted, by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map ZAC-7 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 11-B King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix consisting of approximately 0.063 U. S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. D9- 5979-C008, dated September 5, 2008, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
