ACTNO. 7503 BILL NO. 30-0180 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Plot No. 10 Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from the R-2 (Residential — Low Density- (One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29, Chapter 3, subchapter 1 section 238a Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 10 Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately .4165 acres, as more fully shown and described on OLG Map No. 496, dated May 11, 1956 and revised June 19, 2000 from R-2 (Residential- Low Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) to relocate and operate a small family restaurant.
