Title 23 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 470 subsection (b) is 2 amended: 3 (a) in the first sentence by inserting “with” after “Virgin Islands”; and by striking the 4 second sentence and inserting the following: “A person shall obtain permission from the 5 Commissioner before purchasing firearm components that will be shipped or mailed to the 6 Virgin Islands. …
