ACTNO. 7370 BILL NO. 29-0343 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 3B-2 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business- Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3B-2 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 11,504 square feet as more adequately described on PWD Map No. D9-4054-T90 from R-2 (Residential-Low density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
