ACTNO. 8062 BILL NO. 32-0177 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 27 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 1, subchapter IV . section 97 (a) relating to renewal of nursing licenses Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, subchapter IV, section 97, subsection (a) is amended in the following instances: (a) The first sentence is amended after “years” by adding “in the licensee’s birth month”. (b) The second sentence is stricken. (c) The third sentence is amended by striking “on or before October 15'"” and inserting “no later than 75 days before the expiration date of the person’s license”. (d) The fifth sentence is amended by striking “beginning January 1° and expiring December 31°”.
