What is the expected mobilization date? Answer: A contract will be prepared for the project, which may take 2 months, and the NTP will be given thereafter. Question: Please verify the studs are to be 16-gauge? Can 20-gauge be used? Answer: This question was answered in a previous addendum and 18-gauge studs will be accepted. Question: What R-value is the insulation? Answer: R-11. Question: Is purple board required or can we use green board? Answer: Only purple board will be accepted. Question: Lockset handles and hardware; what are the styles and color? Answer: The lockset shall be brass and lever ADA handles. Question: Verify the drywall finish, smooth or textured? Answer: Smooth. Question: Do the door handles need to be ADA compliant? Answer: Yes. Question: What are the specifications for the fire extinguishers/cabinets? Answer: Please refer to the previous addendum. Question: Will drywall be installed on the interior side of the exterior walls? Answer: Yes. Drywalls will be done on the walls that are been erected to separate the offices. Question: Is the drywall quantity representative of the square footage of the true drywall to be installed or the square footage of the building? Answer: The square footage of the drywall to be installed. Question: There is some confusion as to the S.F on the print. If the drywall installed is 10,100 S.F would the total paint (primer and 2 coats) be 30,300 S.F? Answer: The area of the sheet 10,100 S.F. The contractor will give a cost per S.F to prime and paint. Question: What type of paint is required; eggshell, smooth e.t.c? Answer: Smooth finish. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
