ACT NO.8 90 1 BILL NO. 35-0353 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act providing an appropriation for the salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands and for other purposes in the fiscal year October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $29,100,958, or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Fund ofthe Treasury of the Government ofthe Virgin Islands to be transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, for the purposes hereinafter named in this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33 and 35. …
