BILL NO. 32-0282 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019.
