ACTNO. 7500 BILL NO. 30-0182 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 15C-10 from Estate Rendezvous and Ditleff, No. 1 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) ---Q--+ Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the Island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 15C-10 Estate Rendezvous and Ditleff, No. 1 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 0.5 acres, as more fully described on PWD Map No. D9-3014-T85, (from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 7, 2013.
