MTN. 6729 BILL NO. 25-0259 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-19 for Plots No. 7A, 7B and 8B Estate Hospital Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-l (Business-Central Business District) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-19 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plots No. 7A, 7B and 8B Hospital Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.562 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Office of the Lieutenant Governor Drawing No. 5190, dated October 17, 2002 and amended November 17, 2003 from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-1 (Business— Central Business District). tS Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 1, 2004. fl Witness our Hands and the Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Pe Day of October, A.D., 2004. …
