It is the Contractor's responsibility to ascertain that the required material and quanties are included in the Bid Sheet in the event that there is a descrepency between what the Contractor estimates is required to complete said project. Any descrepancies in values or material required must be identified at the time of the Pre-Bid meeting. Once the contract is executed, the Contractor will be required to complete the project based on selected bidder's contractual agreement cost.
