OPCMR 1 Amendment No. 1 Supply Contract No. S071ADPPC21(CT) AMENDMENT No. 1 OF SUPPLY CONTRACT NO. S071ADPPC21(CT) THIS AMENDMENT made as of the ______ day of _____________, 2022 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) and Raymond N. Sharmouj dba Cruzan Tires whose address is 3001 Estate Little Princess, Christiansted, VI 00820 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”). Both parties witness to being duly authorized to execute this agreement and will attest accordingly when and where necessary. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, pursuant to Supply Contract No. S071ADPPC21(CT) approved by the Commissioner of Property and Procurement on October 25, 2021, and (which constitute and is hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), the Government contracted with Contractor for the Purchase and Delivery of Tires and Batteries, in the St. Croix District; and WHEREAS, the Contract expires pursuant to its terms on September 30, 2022; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Contract, to increase pricing to sixty (60) items in Addendum I (Scope of Work); NOW THEREFORE, for mutual and valuable consideration, the undersigned contracting parties agree to amend the Contract as follows: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.
