ACTNO. 8641 BILL NO. 34-0327 a THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation for the sum of 56,000,000 from the Virgin Islands Ensurance Guaranty Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $6,000,000 is appropriated from the of the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund in the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
