ACT NO.65 17 BILL NO. 24-0241 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Plot No. 78C, Estate Whim, West End Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 78C, Estate Whim, West End Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
