ACTNO. 7874 BILL NO. 31-0347 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act to provide funding for the payment of past due electric bills owed to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority on behalf of the Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center and the Roy L. Schneider Hospital and repealing Act No. 7508, section 10 relating to the repayment of $13,635, 140 for federal income taxes owed in connection with the Series 2006 Bonds from monies recovered from related litigation ---0--- WHEREAS, the Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center is under the jurisdiction of the V.L.
