Aiso information concerning the buildings on the estate and the appropriation thereof, especially it there are rooms renied to other than laborers permanently employ- ed. and the length and width of said rooms and the rental thereof. If any portion of the land is considered to be useless, and yields no revenue to the owner, the number of acres of such portion must be stated in the taxlist and q certificate on oath issued by the pro- prietor and two Burghers residing in the quarter, and furthermere attesicd by the Quarter Officer, and delivered to the Commission. In case persons neglect to detiver a texlist for any estate in "~ due time, the Commission will be- ~ fore closing the meeting assess the - tax for said estate according to the best of its knowledge.
