ACT NO. 6879 BILL NO. 26-0288 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relation Board and the Labor Managemert Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2006 through September 30, .--. 2007 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established under 33 VIC §3066, the sum of $725,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. The sum remains available until expended. SECTION 2. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established under 33 VIC §3066, the sum of $115,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses. The sum remains available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 19, 2006. …
