Mr. Danahy initiated the conference call at 9:15 am (Eastern Standard Time). The following agreements were reached during the telephone conference. • The Eighth Sampling Event of the supply wells at the Tutu Well Site will begin on Monday, March 29, 1993. It is anticipated that 5 days will be necessary to complete the sampling effort. This will be the last sampling event for the supply wells performed by TEIC. • Analytical parameters for the Eighth Sampling Event will include Target Compound List (TCL) volatile organic compounds (VOCs), TCL base neutral/acid extractable (BNA) compounds, Target Analyte List (TAL) metal parameters, and cyanide. All sampling and analysis will be performed according to the procedures outlined in the Revised Sampling, Monitoring, and Analysis Plan (SAMP) prepared by Geraghty & Miller in September 1990 and revised in September 1991. The VIHA wells will be sampled if operable; they were not operable during the last sampling event (September 1992). Table 1 provides a summary of the proposed sampling. The anticipated schedule for the Eighth Sampling Event is presented in Table 2 (enclosed). If you have any questions or comments, please call Ana Gloria Ramos at (809) 749-8943.
