ACT NO, 7589 BILL NO. 30-0153 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, subchapter I, enacting “The Enterprise and Commercial Zones Act for the Creation of Business and Economic Renewal within the Towns of Charlotte Amalie, Christiansted and Frederiksted” and adding subchapter IV establishing the Commercial Zone --0--- WHEREAS, the Legislature finds that there is a need to amend the Enterprise Zone Program Act to establish Commercial Zones; Now, Therefore, SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as “The Enterprise and Commercial Zones Act for the Creation of Business and Economic Renewal within the Towns of Charlotte Amalie, Christiansted and Frederiksted”. SECTION 2. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, subchapter I is amended in the title by inserting the words “and Commercial” after the word “Enterprise”. SECTION 3. …
