ACTNO. 8009 BILL NO. 32-0125 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act appropriating a sum not exceeding 480,000 to purchase the real property identified in Act No. 7990, section | (a) to complete the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project ana(Jaee Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. A sum not exceeding $480,000 is appropriated, in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. from the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund, notwithstanding 33 V.LC. 3087(a), or from the Community Facilities Trust Account, or from both such Funds, to the Government of the Virgin Islands to purchase the real property identified in section | (a) of Act No. 7990 (Bill No. 32-0087) for the completion of the Paul E.
