Last Call to Register for the Women of Resilience Conference ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands — Business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the Virgin Islands are encouraged to attend the Second Annual Women of Resilience Conference, happening on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Eldridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center at UVI. This all-day conference offers powerful networking opportunities, dynamic presentations, and meaningful discussions aimed at both personal and professional development. Hosted by Janette Millin Young of Notable Events by Janette, the Women of Resilience Conference is regarded as the premier professional development event of the summer. Last Call to Register for the Women of Resilience Conference ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands — Business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals across the Virgin Islands are encouraged to attend the Second Annual Women of Resilience Conference, happening on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Eldridge Wilburn Blake Sports and Fitness Center at UVI. This all-day conference offers powerful networking opportunities, dynamic presentations, and meaningful discussions aimed at both personal and professional development. Hosted by Janette Millin Young of Notable Events by Janette, the Women of Resilience Conference is regarded as the premier professional development event of the summer. Men are welcome because they are our partners in life, and to achieve balance, we must learn from each other.” This year’s conference introduces the first-ever Men’s Panel, featuring candid discussions on women’s inclusion in the workplace and the home. Panelists include Dr. Malik Sekou, professor and political analyst; Ret. Chief Master Sgt. Cuteill Young, now a health and agriculture advocate; and Scott Barber, entrepreneur and Chamber of Commerce board member. The panel will be moderated by Millin Young. Highlighted sessions include: The Power of Negotiation with Attorney Marjorie “Jorie” Roberts, V.I. Marketplace of Opportunities presented by Beverly Nicholson-Doty, A Masterclass in Customer Service with Sam Rey, Financial Freedom with Racquel Berry- Benjamin, AI in the Workplace led by Angela Dingle, and Panel Discussions with Women Leaders in tourism, tech, entrepreneurship, and social media.
