BILL NO. 32-0202 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the First Renewal Agreement for Group Dental Health Insurance by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees; the Virgin Islands Port Authority; the University of the Virgin Islands; the St. Thomas East End Medical Center; the Virgin Islands Housing Authority; the Non-Profit Organizations defined as eligible by the Government, including the Frederiksted Health Care. Inc. (FHC) and Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company (hereinafter “Cigna”) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
