ACTNO. 8596 BILL NO. 34-0257 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. GR-2C Estate Carolina, No. 1 Coral Bay Quarter, St. John from C (Commercial) to 8-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 6R-2C Estate Carolina, No. I Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 2.837 U.S. acres, as showii on Drawing No. D9-7165-T002 dated September 20, 2002, from C (Commercial) to 8-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
