INSERT: Question & Answer Q: Will the GVI add a line item alternate that would allow the road to be paved with concrete instead of Asphalt? A: Although ideally that would be the best method for durability, the budget constraints would not allow it. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
