All government employees affected are advised that local banks will honor your direct deposit advices, should you require emergency access to your funds. At this moment, the direct deposit file has been transmitted successfully and for local banking accounts, employees should be credited by late this afternoon; however, off-island bank accounts will be credited by early tomorrow morning. The Department of Finance sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
