ACT NO.9 0 2 6 BILL NO. 36-0165 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act appropriating $6,000,000 from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands in fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sum, or so much thereof is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to 19 U.S. C. §2701 et. Seq.
