ACTNO, 7997 BILL NO. 32-0115 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-10-16W issued to the Anchorage Condominium Association for the continued use and occupancy of a 120 foot, three inch seawater intake line that services its reverse osmosis plant and the continued use and occupancy of the submerged lands for six swimming buoys ---0--- WHEREAS, the Anchorage Condominium Association applied for a Minor Coastal Zone Permit for an intake seawater line on November 22, 2015; and WHEREAS, on November 9, 2016, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning & Natural Resources Dawn L. Henry approved Minor Coastal Zone Permit CZT-10-16W, which authorizes the Anchorage Condominium Association to continue the use of the submerged lands off Parcel No. 8-57-4 Estate Nazareth, St. Thomas for the use and occupancy of a 120-foot intake seawater line and installations of swimming buoys; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
